Beer, wine and full bar service is our specialty!  5 STAR EVENTS boasts over 200 Ca & Az state certified bartenders on our roster.  Responsible pouring is our number one priority in alcohol service.

CATERING STAFF RATES PER HOUR

(All labor cost start at the following pay rate per hour.   All rates are based on a 5 hour minimum guarantee) 

Bistro Servers  $18+       Formal Dining Servers   $20+       Captains       $22+

Kitchen Prep    $18+        Line Cooks                       $20+       Chefs             $25+

Beer Service    $18+        Wine Service                   $18+       Bartenders   $20+

All rates are subjuect to change without notice.  Drive time and overtime may be applied to order.
